Terms of Service

The Network means the Blood MC Minecraft servers, reachable at play.bloodmc.net for Java Edition and pe.bloodmc.net:19132 for Bedrock and Pocket Edition, together with every game mode, world and lobby operated on them.

The Platforms means the Network, this website, the Store and the official Blood MC Discord server, collectively.

The Store means the Blood MC web store through which ranks, keys, cosmetics and other virtual items are made available.

Virtual Items means any rank, key, cosmetic, in-game currency, permission or other digital entitlement granted on the Network, whether purchased or awarded.

You means any person who connects to the Network, uses this website, joins the Discord server or makes a purchase from the Store.

We, us and Blood MC mean the operators and administrators of the Blood MC network. Staff means any person granted moderation or administrative authority by us.

By connecting to the Network, browsing this website, joining our Discord server or completing a purchase in the Store, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platforms. There is no partial acceptance.

These Terms apply to every visit and every session, not only your first. Continued use of the Platforms after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must meet the minimum age required by Minecraft and, where you use it, by Discord, in the country you are connecting from.

If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase from the Store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and the holder of the payment method used must consent to the transaction.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented. Purchases made with a payment method you were not authorised to use are treated as fraudulent and dealt with under the clause on Chargebacks and Payment Disputes below.

You must not use modified clients, x-ray resource packs, macros, auto-clickers or any other tool or method that confers an unfair advantage.

You must not harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against any player or member of Staff, and you must not post content that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.

You must not exploit bugs, duplication glitches or unintended behaviour. Discovering one obliges you to report it to Staff rather than use it.

You must not evade a ban, mute or other restriction using an alternate account, a different IP address or any other means.

Staff decisions on rule violations are final. Not knowing a rule is not a defence to breaking it.

You are responsible for everything done on the Network using your Minecraft account, whether or not you did it yourself.

Do not share your account, sell it, or allow another person to play on it. Virtual Items are tied to the account they were delivered to and are not transferable between accounts.

If you believe your account has been compromised, open a support ticket on our Discord immediately. We will act on a report as quickly as we can, but we cannot reverse actions taken on the Network before you told us.

All Virtual Items, ranks and in-game currencies hold no real-world value. They are a licence to use a feature on the Network, granted for as long as the Network operates and your access to it continues. They are not property, not an investment and cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchasing does not exempt you from the Server Rules. A ranked or paying player is held to exactly the same standard as everyone else.

We may modify, rebalance, rename, replace or withdraw any Virtual Item where it is necessary for game balance, technical or operational reasons. Where a change materially reduces what a rank offers, we will announce it on our Discord in advance wherever practical.

Virtual Items may not be resold, traded for real money, or transferred to another player.

Virtual Items are delivered to the Minecraft username you supply at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter it correctly; we cannot recover an item delivered to a username you mistyped.

Delivery is usually immediate or within a few minutes. If an item has not arrived within 48 hours, open a support ticket on our Discord and we will investigate and complete the delivery.

Delivery may be delayed by maintenance, an outage, or a UPI payment that has not yet been confirmed against your order. A delay is not a failure of delivery.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Platforms, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Server Rules, or where your conduct is harming the Network or its players.

A suspension or ban does not entitle you to a refund, a credit, or the transfer of Virtual Items to another account. Purchased ranks and items are forfeited for the duration of the restriction and permanently in the case of a permanent ban.

You may appeal a punishment once, by opening a ticket on our Discord within 14 days of it being applied. Appeals are reviewed by administration and the outcome is final.

You may stop using the Platforms at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Network, the website or the Store will be available without interruption. Maintenance, updates, hardware failures, attacks and upstream provider outages all happen.

We may add, change, close or reset any game mode, world or map. Where a reset will delete player progress or builds, we will announce it on our Discord in advance.

A purchase does not guarantee the continued availability of the Network or of any particular game mode. In the event of permanent closure, no refunds will be issued for past purchases.

The Blood MC name, logo, branding, custom plugins, configurations, maps and builds created by us or our Staff remain our property. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse them to operate another server or service.

You keep ownership of the builds and content you create on the Network. By creating or posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and promote them in connection with the operation and promotion of Blood MC.

We may remove any player-created content that breaches the Server Rules, infringes a third party's rights, or is unlawful.

We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, builds, items or currency, however caused, including through rollbacks, world resets, plugin faults, griefing or the acts of other players.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Platforms.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.

These Terms, together with the Server Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Blood MC and replace any earlier understanding, announcement or statement, including anything said informally by a member of Staff.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
