1.Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the Blood MC Minecraft network, this website, the Blood MC store and our official Discord server. It explains what information we collect about you, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

2.Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the Network and complete your purchases.

  1. 2.1

Minecraft username and UUID. Required to deliver Virtual Items to the correct account and to apply and enforce punishments.

  2. 2.2

Payment records. Store payments are made by UPI transfer from your own banking or payment app, so we never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. What we hold against an order is the amount, the date and, where one is supplied, the UPI transaction reference, so a payment can be matched to the order it paid for.

  3. 2.3

Contact details you give us. Your Discord ID and username if you open a support ticket or claim an order on our Discord server. Checkout itself asks for nothing except your Minecraft username — there is no email, name or address field.

  4. 2.4

Connection and technical data. Your IP address, client version, device and browser type. This is used for security, anti-cheat and ban enforcement, and it is how alternate accounts used for ban evasion are identified.

  5. 2.5

Gameplay and moderation records. In-game and Discord chat logs, command logs, connection times, and any warnings, mutes or bans issued to you, together with the evidence relied on.

  6. 2.6

Support correspondence. The content of tickets you open, so that a decision can be reviewed later.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes.

  1. 3.1

To process your transactions and deliver the Virtual Items you purchased to the account you nominated.

  2. 3.2

To provide support, investigate a failed delivery, and review an appeal against a punishment.

  3. 3.3

To keep the Network secure — detecting cheating, exploiting, ban evasion, fraud and abusive payment behaviour.

  4. 3.4

To enforce our Server Rules and Terms of Service, including keeping a record of punishments so a ban cannot simply be waited out.

  5. 3.5

To understand how the Network and store are used in aggregate, so we can fix what is broken and improve what is not.

  6. 3.6

To comply with a legal obligation, or to respond to a lawful request.

We process this information because it is necessary to provide the service you asked us for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the Network and its players safe, or because you have consented. We do not use your information for automated profiling or for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4.Payments

Store payments are made by UPI. Checkout shows you a QR code and a UPI ID and you complete the transfer in your own banking or payment app, which means the payment does not take place inside this website at all. Your card number, UPI PIN and banking credentials are never entered here and never reach us — they stay between you and your bank.

What we keep against an order is the order number, the Minecraft username the purchase was for, the items, the amount, the date and, where one is supplied, the UPI transaction reference. Those are what we need to prove a purchase happened, match a payment to an order and settle a dispute. Order details are also posted to a private staff channel on our Discord server so the order can be fulfilled and checked later.

5.Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations.

  1. 5.1

Service providers. Our hosting and database providers, and Discord, to the extent each needs the information to perform its function for us. They are permitted to use it only for that purpose.

  2. 5.2

Anti-cheat and moderation tooling. Plugins and services we run to detect cheating and abuse process connection and gameplay data on our behalf.

  3. 5.3

Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of a person.

  4. 5.4

Publicly visible by nature. Your username, rank and public chat are visible to other players by design. Do not post anything in chat you would not want other players to see.

6.How Long We Keep Information

  1. 6.1

Transaction records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes, and to defend a payment dispute.

  2. 6.2

Punishment records — bans, mutes and the evidence supporting them — are kept indefinitely. A ban that expires from our records is a ban that can be evaded by waiting.

  3. 6.3

Chat and connection logs are kept for approximately 90 days, unless they are being retained as evidence in an open investigation or appeal.

  4. 6.4

Support tickets are kept for as long as the Discord server retains them, so that a past decision can be checked.

7.Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to do the following by opening a support ticket on our official Discord server. We will respond within 30 days.

  1. 7.1

Tell you what information we hold about your account, and why we hold it.

  2. 7.2

Correct information that is wrong, such as a mistyped username on an order.

  3. 7.3

Delete information we no longer need. We cannot delete records we are required to keep for accounting purposes, and we will not delete punishment records while the punishment stands — deleting them would defeat the ban.

  4. 7.4

Withdraw a consent you previously gave. Where the information is necessary to run your account or complete a purchase, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide that part of the service.

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before we act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, tell us in the same ticket and it will be escalated to administration.

8.Children and Younger Players

Minecraft is played by children, and we plan for that. We do not knowingly collect more information from a younger player than we collect from anyone else, and we never ask a player for their home address, phone number, school or photograph. If you are a parent or guardian and want to know what we hold about your child's account, or want it removed, open a ticket on our Discord and we will deal with it directly. Purchases by players under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, as set out in our Terms of Service.

9.Security

We restrict access to player data to the Staff who need it, protect administrative access with separate credentials, and keep our server software and plugins updated. No online service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your information in a way that matters, we will say so on our Discord server.

10.Where Your Information Is Held

Our servers and service providers may be located outside India. Where information is transferred outside the country it was collected in, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

11.Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage entries — principally to keep your shopping cart between visits and to remember your cookie choice. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. The detail is set out in our Cookie Policy (document BMC-LEG-04).

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, identified by the version number and effective date in the status block above. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will announce it on our Discord server rather than rely on you noticing a changed date.

13.Contact

Questions about this policy, and any request about your information, should be raised by opening a support ticket on the official Blood MC Discord server.

This policy is written to be read. If something in it is unclear or looks wrong, open a ticket on our Discord and tell us.
